Key Objectives
- Digital Access & Connectivity
Launch a high-speed Internet Service Provider (ISP) to provide affordable, reliable internet to schools, hospitals, government agencies, and underserved neighborhoods.
- Cloud & Microdata Centers
Establish localized data hubs in partnership with Microsoft Azure and IBM to power real-time data processing, storage, and cloud-based services for education, healthcare, and governance.
- Smart Public Services
Equip schools with smart classroom technology, digitize hospital records, and enhance public safety through AI-powered surveillance and emergency response platforms.
- Manufacturing & Industrial Innovation
Initiate development of graphene-based 6G antenna and electric vehicle battery assembly plants, using locally sourced graphite and lithium to generate jobs and build tech-based export capabilities.
- Education & Workforce Development
Partner with Madina University to provide youth training in AI, robotics, cybersecurity, and renewable energy—ensuring the next generation is prepared to lead in a digital economy.
